Privacy Policy

This policy explains what mepcobillscheck.pk does and does not collect.

Your reference number and consumer ID never reach our server. When you press Check Bill, the number you type is used in your own browser to open the bill on the official PITC portal. We do not store it, log it, or pass it to anyone.

If you tick the box to save your number for next month, it is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it, and you can leave the box unticked on a shared computer.

The bill calculator and bill history tools work entirely inside your browser. The units, amounts and figures you enter are never transmitted or saved by us.

We do not ask for your name, CNIC, phone number, address or any account details. There is no login on this site.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running, not to identify individual visitors.

We currently do not run Google AdSense or any advertising on this site. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this page before it goes live. Advertising networks typically use cookies to serve ads, and you would be able to manage that through your browser settings and Google’s own ad settings.

When you press Check Bill, you leave this site for the official PITC portal. When you follow a link to NEPRA, MEPCO or any other website, their own privacy policies apply, not ours. We have no control over what those sites collect.

If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your address.
